About our Client

We are currently looking for action-oriented, motivated individuals who have an obsession with customer satisfaction to join our Lodging Support Services Contact Centre team. In this position, you will focus on providing inbound and outbound support to guest and hotel partners.
 


You will be dedicated and compassionate when dealing suppliers and travellers, and will work closely and professionally with other departments to ensure the best resolution. You will be versatile in managing multiple software programs, prompt and accurate in your responses to email and phone communications and provide a simple, rapid, competent support experience.


About the Role

  • To handle inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information, after sales assistance via email and other enquiries.

  • To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

  • To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers' convenient traveling.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

  • Required language(s): Cantonese & Mandarin & English (fluent spoken English will be an added advantage).

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

  • Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts (where applicable).
